In a world where stocks are traded based on price changes monitored at the millisecond level, every sliver of a speed advantage gained counts. And, to get that edge, financial firms will go to almost any lengths, including building high powered particle accelerators in their basements. Well, at least that's what we imagine. Banks and high-frequency trading companies are looking to the neutrino as a potential communications tool. Scientists have already shown that the subatomic particles can travel through walls, now there's every reason to believe messages could be passed straight through the Earth, saving up to 44 milliseconds on each communique. Of course, there's one problem with this idea -- creating neutrinos currently requires either a nuclear reactor or a particle accelerator, something even the largest of financial firms don't usually keep on hand. Either the world's banks will have to snatch up CERN or build their own atom smashers. Neither of which seems like it's very likely to happen in the immediate future.

Okay here we are, day one of Lifetime?s 7 Days of Sex Challenge. Honestly if it weren?t for this challenge we would not have done anything but sleep. It has been a long week. I had a week full of DR appointments and was in the hospital for slightly high blood pressure so they wanted to do non-stress test on the baby and I. Thankfully everything turned out okay and we were sent on our way. Still it was an exhausting week to say the least. This challenge encourages a week-long timeframe to really try and revitalize and rejuvenate your relationship and I think that it is a great idea for couples, not only ones having issues. It is all about staying connected and keeping your relationship strong, the sex is just the bonus. We definitely encourage you (YES you!!!!) to take the challenge with us and see how it improves your relationship! After a long week we used a giftcard to go to dinner out! It was a treat! Rocketfish's Sound Prism is triangu-lovely

Cunning design is a wonderful thing, and this triangular bundle of smarts is almost meta! Rocketfish's Sound Prism is exactly what it says it is, a three-sided speaker bar with a twist (metaphorically speaking.) Inventors, CRE8 Design studio, cooked up the clever idea of using the empty space created by a folded Apple Smart Cover. This fella neatly slips into the cubby-hole of the folded case, and attaches itself magnetically. It's Bluetooth, so can pair up with any compatible device, but won't look quite so snug as when used as nature -- or rather its creators -- intended. How much for a slice of the Pythagorean action? That'll be 80 rectangular dollars, sir.

Is this RIM's BlackBerry 10 development device?

You know the drill -- grab yourself a spoonful of Morton's and get ready for another supposed leak of a gadget. This time around, you're looking at what's claimed as being of Research In Motion's BlackBerry 10 "Development Alpha" devices that will be handed out during next week's BlackBerry Jam -- just like the company promised a month ago. Images of the device first surfaced over at Crackberry's forums and, as the site points out, the touchscreen candy bar seems to share its design DNA with the PlayBook. Keeping in mind that it's likely to remain a testing device for devs, don't bank on it ever hitting store shelves. That said, we're now curious how pivotal a roll RIM's famous tactile keyboards will play on its next-generation phones -- if any. The Stars of Bravo's New Show Are Bringing Glamour to the Big Apple Bravo's 2012 line-up just got all the more fashionable, as the network prepares to unveil a new docu-series tentatively called Decades. The show will follow renowned boutique owners Christos Garkinos and Cameron Silver as they take viewers inside the exclusive and glamorous world of vintage couture filled with Givenchy, Balenciaga and Chanel.

While their boutique, also named "Decades," is situated in Hollywood, Christos and Cameron will be headed back to New York on April 26-28 for a Prada/Schiaparelli-inspired trunk show in honor of the upcoming Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and to celebrate the launch of the Decades for Rent the Runway collection. The boutique owners took time out of their busy schedules to speak to In Touch about the upcoming show and series.
