1. Rub your hands together for about 15 to 30 secs or stopping when they feel warm. Now lay your hands cupped over your shut eyes making sure not to apply force directly on your eyes. Make sure there are no gaps in between your fingers that could permit any light in. Try to retain this position for approximately 60 secs. Do this three times.
